Who holds your data
Nguyễn Xuân Tài, the founder of OnePerCo, is responsible for the waitlist data until OnePerCo has a legal entity. Contact: support@oneperco.com. This page will be updated once the entity exists.
Who sends you email
The one confirmation email is sent through Resend, an email delivery service. Resend receives only your email address and the content of that email, in order to send it. If you ticked the box to get emails about tools and guides, your address is also added to the newsletter subscriber list that Resend keeps (see the newsletter part below).
What we collect
Your email address; the computer you use; the AI plans you have; your answer to "what do you want to build" if you gave one; the two consent choices, when you gave them and the policy version at the time; when you confirmed your email; the page language; the UTM tags of the link you followed; and the domain of the page that sent you here. We collect nothing else. We do not store your IP address: to stop flooding, the server keeps only a one-way hash of it for at most 48 hours, then deletes it.
Why
To tell you when Vibe Code OS is ready, to decide which computer and which AI plans to support first, and to link the entry to your OnePerCo account later. We send emails about tools and guides only if you ticked the second box.
Legal basis
Your consent, under Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15. You can withdraw it at any time.
Where it is stored
In a Cloudflare D1 database run by OnePerCo. It is never sold or shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Until 12 months after Vibe Code OS launches, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first.
No tracking
This site uses no analytics script, sets no cookie and loads nothing from other sites.
Withdraw your consent or ask for deletion
Write to support@oneperco.com from the address you signed up with, and we will delete your data. To stop only the emails about tools and guides, sign up again with that email and untick the second box.

The newsletter: who sends it and keeps the list
Resend, an email service, sends the confirmation email and each issue on behalf of OnePerCo and keeps the subscriber list. People who agreed to emails on the waitlist are on this list too.
The newsletter: how to unsubscribe
Click the unsubscribe link at the end of any email, or write to support@oneperco.com. When you unsubscribe, we remove your address from the sending list.
The newsletter: how long we keep it
When you unsubscribe, we stop sending at once and remove your address from the subscriber list at Resend. We keep only a record of your email address, when you consented and when you unsubscribed, as proof of your consent, until you write to support@oneperco.com and ask us to delete it.
